Speech Recognition
Diktamen Speech Recognition converts voice into structured clinical text using advanced medical language models designed to recognise complex terminology, diagnoses, and healthcare phrasing. Healthcare organisations can deploy speech recognition in two ways. Backend speech recognition converts dictation into draft documents, allowing clinicians to review and finalise outputs quickly. Frontend speech recognition enables real-time voice input directly into forms, templates, and electronic patient record systems. Together, these capabilities enable faster turnaround while maintaining accuracy and clinical control.
Ambient Capture (AI Scribe)
Diktamen Ambient Capture captures consultations and generates structured draft outputs from clinical conversations. During patient appointments, the system securely listens to the interaction between clinician and patient and transforms the discussion into draft outputs for the doctor to review. Outputs may include consultation summaries, appointment notes, patient plans, diagnoses, and follow-up actions. Clinical Coding
Diktamen’s intelligent voice capture platform can detect clinical codes while processing dictated notes or consultation recordings. Suggested codes can be reviewed and approved quickly, ensuring accuracy while accelerating coding workflows across healthcare environments.
Task Management

The platform can detect tasks during consultations or dictation recordings, such as referrals, follow-up appointments, or additional tests.
