Interview with Martin Holmes on Harrison Dury & Co’s Transition to Diktamen Cloud Digital Dictation

Martin Holmes, Head of IT at Harrison Dury & Co, shares his experience of moving the firm from a legacy dictation system to Diktamen Cloud Digital Dictation, and how it has improved workflows, staff productivity, and IT efficiency.

Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your role at Harrison Dury & Co?

Martin Holmes: “I’m the Head of IT, responsible for the full strategy, development, and integration of IT across our multi-service law firm with 220 users across 8 locations in the northwest.”
